Quality Policy
Quality policy in the MKM-in is based on the obligation of all employees that with their daily activities and behavior provide:
- 1. Establishing, fostering and developing of relations and communications in company, with which all employees will be satisfied, secure and resolved to see their perspective precisely in the MKM.
- 2. Establishing and developing of public relations on the principle of determining and meeting the needs of customers, suppliers, partners, and society in whole.
- 3. Protection of human environment and improving life conditions in whole.
- 4. Human relation and helping to all who are vulnerable.
VISION is to be reliable, responsible and desirable partner in the cooperation and to its progressive and innovative work contributes to creating a better life in the environment.
On the way to the realization of the VISION, we established a permanent MISSION of improving the quality of services through the promotion process, and improving the quality management system.
Development of our company is based on careful monitoring, identification and analysis of user’s needs and creating and engagement of adequate resources for the better satisfaction of those needs. Special attention is paid to selection and education of staff and information technology process in the company, which makes a direct contribution to increasing the quality of relationships with clients.
Main GOALS of quality in MKM are:
- - providing a stable and successful business and stabile development of the company;
- - increase of standard and satisfaction of employees;
- - increase in the number of clients;
- - promotion of cooperation with clients and continuously monitoring and increasing of their satisfaction;
- - planning and implementation of annual measurable goals in quality;
- - periodic analysis and evaluation of process realization;
- - documenting results of quality monitoring, for the purpose of proving compliance with planned;
- - taking measures on the bases of the evaluation in implementation process;
- - informing of all employers with plans, results and decisions of management for quality.
